Office cleaning in London is an ultra competitive market place. Supply outstrips demand, with cleaning companies fighting over each other in order to survive.
How does a company get by in such a tough environment?
Office cleaning is a relatively easy business to set up in, low overheads, not much initial outlay or training. This leads to the one end of the office cleaning company chain, the man with a van.
The man with a van has no virtually no overheads, does the work him/herself & carries out the job at the lowest possible price.
At the other end of the spectrum are the international cleaning companies who offer national & international coverage & are publicly listed companies driven by accountants & shareholders employing cleaners en mass.
In between sit companies like mine ICS Cleaning, small to medium sized cleaning companies who have the backup & resources to cover work, meet the statutory requirements, offer training & backup for our staff but cannot compete on a price basis with man with a van type companies, and do not have the budgets & resources of the global giants.
How do we survive? By offering a better service, making sure all the health & safety checks are carried out & implemented, having excellent customer service, being innovative.

Eco Friendly Office Cleaning Service from ICS The Green Cleaning Company

As most businesses realise wastage costs money & time, thereby reducing these leads to not only reduced costs but has environmental benefits as well.
In line with a “green clean” approach ICS use environmentally friendly cleaning products, recycle our waste, have phased in LPG (low emission) vans and are training our staff in the importance of being environmentally friendly conscious in their working practices making ICS the leading eco friendly office cleaning service provider in the uk.
ICS use specially formulated natural plant based cleaning products such as it's citrus based or mint based multi purpose cleaners which we have tested in commercial cleaning environments and are, as if not, more effective than conventional harmful cleaning products.
