Office Cleaning in London

Bored receptionist wanting a quote in Mayfair for their office cleaning, I’ve been to quite a few around this way recently, lots of investment banks are relocating here (cheaper rent than the city apparently & closer to their Chelsea/N Hill gaffs) & like this today the traditional old school money types who been in this area for centuries.

These old tie types live in a different era from us, we are tradesmen/servants, they are also tight-fisted, you do not keep hold of it for that long without keeping hold of it.

Office cleaning for them is the usual plush foot deep carpet with expensive but garish fittings, they currently employ an old dear who is too ill too carry on, I doubt they will change to us just yet, & the price will be too high, maybe when it dawns on them that they may have to do it themselves.

2nd cleaning quote in Camden, record company who have a, and I quote “a relaxed working atmosphere”, but are unhappy with their cleaning. We work for all sorts, new start ups, young trendy clients or old fashioned co’s, but when the office cleaning is not done properly they are never relaxed about it. You would think that the world had stopped judging by their reactions if the cleaning has not been done or something missed.

All business by their nature are merciless, record companies to cleaning companies, & the abuse gets amplified the lower down it goes, and being at the bottom as we are in the scheme of these things it tends to come down hard & often because they are getting it from somewhere above & need to pass it on to those below. Cleaning Karma, misplaced blame is the name of our game, dispose of it along with waste as directed.

This being said we may have a chance with this one, the girl, is looking out for herself & doesn’t give a monkeys about contract cleaning but is interested in the freebie we’re giving away, which is the purpose of it.
