Cleaners are our most important asset

We manage to employ great office cleaners by paying above industry rates and then more importantly we retain our cleaners by fully supporting them and paying performance bonuses, full holiday entitlements and encouraging them to progress though our company.

Cleaning can often be an isolated job, working outside normal working hours, with the only comments heard upon the work your doing being negative.

At ICS we started with a few contracts which we all had to get stuck in and help and we understand all too well the the working environment the cleaner can find themselves having cleaned all types of premises ourselves.
