Here at ICS we offer a cleaning specification and then adjust to suit the clients requirements. In our time we have seen checklists that are not far off war and peace in length which may cover everything but probably will not be practical on a day to day commercial contract. In our experience a balance between what is possible, what is required and some room for additional works as and when required forms the ideal checklist specification.
