Motivating office cleaners

One question that reoccurs from clients is, are we are going to have the same cleaners throughout the contract.

Any cleaning company who insists it will retain the same staff are either not being realistic or are being untruthful. The cleaning industry has many cleaners who are transient for many different reasons. Many office cleaners and commercial cleaners come and go, that is a unavoidable fact.

This does not mean that the cleaning standards should suffer.
